Amazon Rising - Shedd Aquarium
Collaborating as illustrator for Shedd Aquarium’s remodeled Amazon Rising gallery—part of their large-scale renovation—I designed a suite of illustrated assets to support signage, environmental graphics, and interpretive displays. I created detailed animal illustrations, layered foliages, water gradients, and background murals, which Shedd’s team adapted across interpretive panels, exhibit labels, and immersive backdrops. This visual system enriched storytelling throughout the gallery and aligned with Shedd’s bilingual, accessible design approach. Working with their internal interpretive team was a pleasure—their clear direction made the process smooth and collaborative.
