Lobby Murals - Shedd Aquarium
I was commissioned to illustrate stylized murals for Shedd Aquarium’s updated entry lobby as part of their Experience Evolution. The murals’ joyful presence welcomes guests and serves as a subtle wayfinding cue throughout the space. The illustrations feature marine life from the Abbott Oceanarium, while the entry artwork celebrates Great Lakes Ecosystems. Working within a limited color palette, the murals complement adjacent finishes and materials, including the terrazzo floors with its fluid patterns. Collaborating with the Shedd Design and Exhibits team was seamless and creatively rewarding.
